How long does it take for my order to ship?
Arcadian stocks a large inventory of our most popular items in our warehouses. Most orders ship within 1 business day. Custom product orders normally ship within 3 business days.
What package sizes does Arcadian offer?
Our products are available in the following package sizes: 5-gallon pails, 15 gallon drums, 30 gallon drums, 55 gallon drums, 50 pound powder boxes, 400 pound powder drums, 275 gallon totes, 330 gallon totes, and truckload. 1 gallon and ½ gallon bottles are also available for some products.

Is Nu-Wall approved for use on my car wash walls?
Nu-Wall is approved by Extrutech, Delcan Products and H-PAC Plastics.
What dilution should I apply Nu-Wall?
Typically, it is recommended that Nu-Wall be applied with a 5:1 ratio. Meaning, five parts water for one-part Nu-Wall. In cases where dirt and grime are unusually heavy, higher concentrations may be necessary. Dilutions of 3:1 or even 2:1 can be used. It is rare that you would ever need to apply Nu-Wall straight with no dilution.
What surfaces can be cleaned with Nu-Wall?
